You're one workshop away from hitting your quarterly revenue goal

Whether your workshops have hit a ceiling or your webinars have gone quiet, we find the Service as a Product already hiding in your practice — then use workshops to sell it live, not just showcase it.

No open-ended retainer. Fixed price for your first quarter — three workshops, one per month. Pricing discussed on your audit call.

of workshop and webinar hosts say getting registrants to actually attend is their biggest challenge — because almost everyone builds these sessions to attract. Almost no one builds them to close.

The core idea

Every practice has a Service as a Product hiding inside it

A SAAP — Service as a Product, also known as a productised service — is the smallest piece of what you already do that’s desirable, repeatable, produces a tangible result, and can stand alone as a fixed-price, fixed-timeline offer. Most businesses have one buried inside their existing expertise; it’s rarely the thing they think to sell on its own.

What we specialise in

Finding the SAAP hidden in your practice, packaging it into a sellable offer, and then using a quarter of workshops to sell it live. The combination — not the workshop alone — is the whole model.

The mindset most hosts get wrong

You don't have a marketing problem. You have a closing problem.

Most advice about workshops is about getting more people in — bigger lists, better ads, higher registration numbers. That’s prospecting thinking applied to a channel built to close.

Workshops used as brochures

Teaching everything, selling nothing, and hoping attendees find their own way to your offer afterward.

One workshop, one job

Running a single session that tries to attract, teach, and sell all at once — so it does none of them well.

No path from attendee to buyer

Even a full room doesn’t turn into revenue without a deliberate offer and a deliberate close built into the session itself.

The system

One fixed-price engagement. Seven parts. Three workshops across a quarter.

We start by finding what you’re actually selling, then build the system to sell it — refining across all three monthly events so the closing workshop benefits from everything the first two teach us.

01

Workshops used as brochures

Before any marketing exists, we find and package the Service as a Product already hiding in your practice — the smallest piece of what you do that’s desirable, repeatable, and can stand alone as a fixed-price offer.

02

Registration page rebuild

Rebuilt around fit, outcome, proof, logistics, and a low-friction next step — so the page filters for people who actually want the outcome, not just anyone who clicks.

03

Pre-event engagement sequence

Email and SMS touches between registration and the event, including at least one interaction that requires a click — the single strongest predictor of live show-up.

04

Topic & content sharpening

We tighten what you’re promising so it’s sharp enough to filter for intent, not so broad that anyone half-interested signs up and ghosts.

05

Live-only incentive

A reason to show up live instead of waiting for the replay — a bonus, discount, or interaction that only exists in the room.

06

Meta ad copy & campaign management

With the system built, we write the ad creative and manage the campaign on your own Meta Ads account — driving traffic, cold or from your own list, into the page, sequence, and incentive already in place.

07

Workshop offer & pitch design

This is the piece most workshop advice skips: turning your SAAP into the actual pitch and close presented live in your month-three closing workshop.

Why not just run more ads

Most workshop advice is about getting more people. We're focused on what happens once they're in the room.

Before we touch a single email or ad, we find and package the exact Service as a Product inside your business most likely to make someone commit on the spot. Then we build all three workshops — and the pitch inside the final one — around that.

What most advice teaches

Better subject lines, more ads, bigger registration numbers — all attraction, with no closing mechanism built into the session itself.

What we build

A packaged SAAP, and a three-stage workshop system where the first two sessions earn trust and attention, and the third is built — from the offer to the pitch — specifically to close.

Built for

If live events are part of how you sell, this is for you.

You don’t need to be convinced live events can sell — whether that’s through workshops or webinars, you’re already in the game. This turns it into a closing channel instead of just a bigger list.

Best fit

Coaches & consultants

Running workshops as a funnel into a higher-ticket offer, but treating the workshop as a brochure rather than a close.

Best fit

Independent trainers

Corporate training and L&D providers who want live sessions to directly book paid cohorts, not just build awareness.

Accountancy & law firms

Client briefings and CPD sessions that most competitors still aren’t using to actually generate engagements.

Membership & CPD bodies

High-volume session hosts looking to turn member events into upgrades and renewals, not just attendance.

The Show-Up Guarantee

You can’t close a room that’s empty — so this is the floor the whole system stands on. At kickoff, we agree a live show-up rate target for your quarter based on your list size, industry, and ad budget. If your combined show-up rate across all three workshops doesn’t hit that target, we refund 100% of our service fee.

This covers our fee only — ad spend paid directly through your own Meta Ads account is separate, non-refundable platform cost outside our control. Full terms below in the FAQ.

Questions

Before you book

What exactly is a SAAP?

A SAAP (Service as a Product, sometimes called a productised service) is the smallest part of what you already do that’s desirable, repeatable, produces a tangible outcome, and can stand alone as a fixed-price, fixed-timeline offer. We specialise in finding this inside your existing practice and packaging it — that’s the “what to sell” half of what we do, before any workshop marketing begins.

No — most workshop help stops at getting people to attend. We’re focused on the part most hosts skip entirely: designing the offer and the pitch that turns attendees into paying customers, not just names on a list.

Tools give you the infrastructure to run a webinar — they don’t design your offer, write your pitch, or build the sequence and incentive that gets people in the room to hear it. We build the system inside the tool you already use; we’re not selling you another platform.

Yes — Meta ad copy and campaign management is part of the engagement. Campaigns run from your own Meta Ads account with us added as a partner/admin, so you keep control and ownership of your spend, billing, and audience data throughout and after the engagement.

At kickoff we agree a live show-up rate target for your quarter, set against your list size, industry, and ad budget — not a blanket number, since those vary too much client to client. If your combined show-up rate across all three workshops falls short of that target, we refund 100% of our service fee. To qualify, the campaign needs to run for the agreed minimum spend and lead time, and you need to approve the registration page, ad creative, and topic within the agreed turnaround during setup. The guarantee covers our fee only; ad spend paid directly to Meta is separate and non-refundable, as that’s platform cost outside our control.

Each of the three monthly workshops has a different job: month one warms up a cold or semi-warm audience and builds trust, month two goes deeper and starts surfacing the offer, month three is built specifically to pitch and close. Spreading this across a quarter is also why the guarantee is measured across all three events combined: a single workshop’s turnout can be affected by factors outside anyone’s control, and the full quarter gives the system a fair chance to prove itself before any refund is triggered.

This is built as a one-off, fixed-price project with a defined end date — not a retainer you have to commit to indefinitely. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and when it’s done.

This system is built for hosts who already have an event on the calendar. If you’re still deciding what to run a workshop on in the first place, that’s a different, earlier conversation — reach out and we’ll point you in the right direction.
